She has kept a body fat percentage in the teens since she was in her 20’s and when people asked her how she did it, it was always workout at eating right – what you are supposed to do! However, she went back and looked at her diet and noticed something… she would always eat in an 8 hour window daily and would fast between.
How the 8 Hour Abs Diet Works
It is simple really, you limit your eating to a 8 hour window daily. So, from the moment of you first meal until your last you eat your regular healthy diet. So, if you eat a big breakfast, you would end up eating dinner early. If you are planning on eating out late, you don’t eat anything until later in the day. Simple right?
Changing the way we think
Nutritionists and Personal trainers have all said for many years you need to eat breakfast and then eat many small meals a day, this was the conventional wisdom. However, the 8 Hour Abs Diet doesn’t support that, and either does some science. In a June 2012 Study showed that when fed a high fat diet with the same number of calories, mice who time restricted diet lost more weight than mice who had their diet spread out. The time restricted diet also decreased their glucose levels, reduced inflammation, and increased motor coordination. People who have tried the 8 Hour Abs Diet found the fat melting away as their body was designed to do.
In a way, the 8 hour abs diet is almost like the Paleo Diet, as our ancestors never had the food to eat at all times. It could almost work really well pairing with it, but can also work pairing with any diet.
